Today in English class, our new Playwrights teach, Ms. Olivia, came and did a couple of different warm-ups with us. The first warm-up that we did as a class was when she had a few different individuals go into the back room and change 3 things about themselves, and see who would notice what they had changed.
Another thing that happened was when Ms. Olivia had some of the kids read their plays aloud in front of the class. She let those of us that chose to read our play pick a person to play the other character in our stories, since the dialogue required a minimum of 2 characters.
On of the last things that we did was as a class. We listened to 4 different non-lyrical songs, and we had to analyze them into whatever we pictured when we heard them.
